Homeowner Reviews

F&S turned our vision into reality. From the initial conversation and planning stages all the way to the final walkthrough, we always knew exactly what was happening with our home. The craftsmanship is outstanding — every corner, every detail was done right.

As first-time builders we were nervous about the whole process. Edgar and Santiaga guided us through everything — including connecting us with their local bank for financing — and made it feel simple. We felt confident and informed every step of the way.

We already owned our land but had no idea where to start. F&S helped us plan everything and built our home exactly where we dreamed it. They kept us updated constantly and answered every question. You can feel the quality in every room.

Edgar and Santiaga treated us like family from day one. When you choose F&S, you're choosing a builder that genuinely cares about the homes they build and the families who live in them. We've already recommended them to three of our neighbors.

Honest, communicative, and true to their word. They put 100% into our project and it shows in every square foot. They never cut corners — not once. The final walkthrough felt like a celebration, not an inspection. Five stars all around.

We bought one of their spec homes and couldn't be happier. It was clear from the first visit that these homes were built with the same care as a custom build — quality materials, thoughtful details, and real craftsmanship.
